These 1.5-hour sessions offer a flexible way to access coaching supervision without committing to a fixed group or a longer journey.
Each session welcomes a maximum of six coaches. You can book according to your availability and join whenever you have a client situation, professional question or emerging theme that you would like to explore.
Participants may bring topics connected to:
As the composition of the group may change from one meeting to another, each session offers the opportunity to encounter different perspectives, experiences and ways of understanding coaching practice.
You may attend with a specific topic to explore or join primarily to listen and contribute to the reflective process. Learning often emerges not only from presenting your own case, but also from engaging with the experiences brought by other participants.
Coaching supervision offers a reflective, safe space in which you explore your coaching practice with a trained supervisor. It’s a space to observe patterns you notice, explore questions that stay with you after sessions, discuss clients who challenge you, and reflect on what you might do differently in future.
It's not corrective, remedial or prescriptive. It is one of the most powerful investments you can make in your personal and professional development as a coach.
In supervision, we aren’t simply looking back at what happened in a particular session. We’re exploring what’s coming up for you, the dynamics at play, and what you’re being called to unlearn.
Camilla created a brave and safe space where a group of strangers quickly felt comfortable enough to show up with curiosity, empathy, and open-mindedness. Camilla never set a firm agenda; she was confident enough to allow the themes, needs and conversations to naturally emerge. She knew how to gently bring us back if we got too far off course, and her ability to be silent and ask the right question at just the right time was masterful. Through this experience with Camilla, I have a greater appreciation for how vital supervision is to a coach’s development and personal journey. Thank you, Camilla, for opening my eyes to an essential part of my work as a coach. I am definitely on a different, mindful path because of you.
