PCC to MCC New
From Self-Doubt to Self-Mastery: The PCC to MCC Shift
CC

If you’re feeling the pull towards the MCC path but find yourself caught in perfectionism, questioning your abilities, or fear of stepping outside the coaching structures you depend on, this exploratory session is for you.

Many talented PCC coaches already possess the knowledge and skills for MCC – but they struggle with confidence, not competence.

Together, we’ll spend this hour exploring what you need to move from ‘doing’ coaching to ‘embodying’ coaching. This is what we mean by mastery.

Mastery isn’t a destination; it’s an ongoing commitment and journey. And that’s what MCC is all about.

Through an interactive discussion and Q&A, we will uncover:

  • Where self-doubt, self-questioning and lack of confidence might be holding you back in your coaching practice and professional journey
  • Where your inner critic may be undermining your coaching effectiveness, or sabotaging you in other ways you haven’t yet seen
  • The fundamental mindset shift required for MCC: moving from structure-dependent
coaching to intuitive, present-moment mastery

You’ll leave with practical, applicable strategies for taming self-doubt and cultivating the self-trust needed to step into mastery in coaching.

Spoiler alert: Mastery isn’t about having all the answers; it’s about trusting who you are when you have none.

Are you excited to explore what could be possible for you? I certainly am.

I would love you to join me.

MCC Doesn't Need To Be Hard
MCC Doesn't Need to Be Hard: A Conversation with Coaches on the Journey to Mastery
CC

For many coaches, the journey from PCC to MCC can feel intimidating.

"Will I be good enough?"
"What if I don't pass?"
"Do I need more tools, more techniques, more training?"

Having accompanied hundreds of coaches on their journey toward MCC, I've noticed that many of the assumptions we hold about mastery are not only unhelpful – they're often inaccurate.

The truth is that MCC doesn't have to be hard.

In this 90-minute panel conversation, you'll meet coaches who recently completed the Mastery in Coaching (ICF Level 3) program and are navigating their own MCC journeys.

Some have already achieved MCC, others are in the process of applying, and all have experienced the challenges, surprises, and transformations that come with stepping deeply into mastery.

Rather than hearing from me alone, you'll have the opportunity to listen directly to coaches who have walked the path.

What to expect

  • Honest conversations about what the MCC journey is really like
  • Reflections on the biggest shifts participants experienced in themselves and their coaching
  • Insights into what helped them move beyond self-doubt and performance pressure
  • Stories about learning in community rather than going it alone
  • A chance to ask any questions you may have about MCC, mentor coaching, the Level 3 pathway, or the Mastery in Coaching programme

Format

  • Welcome and introduction
  • Panel conversation with former Level 3 program participants
  • Open Q&A with panellists and attendees
  • Information about upcoming Level 3 cohorts for those who would like to learn more

Key takeaways

By the end of this session, you will:

  • Have a clearer understanding of what the Mastery in Coaching MCC journey involves
  • Hear real-world experiences from coaches who have recently walked the path
  • Discover common misconceptions that make MCC feel harder than it needs to be
  • Learn how community, reflection, and practice can accelerate growth
  • Gain greater confidence about your own next steps toward mastery

Whether MCC is something you're currently pursuing or just beginning to explore, this conversation will offer a real, encouraging, and human perspective on what becoming a masterful coach looks like.

We would love to have you join us.

Future Proof Your Coaching Career
Future Proof Your Coaching Career in the Age of AI
An Event for PCC Coaches Considering Their Next Steps
CC

If you’re an established coach feeling worried that AI will impact your client base, business or professional future, you’re not alone.

Marketing claims around AI and what it means for the coaching industry are everywhere, and the pressure to ‘implement AI or get left behind’ is weighing on many coaches’ minds. That’s why it’s time to have this conversation.

Genuinely transformational coaching, rooted in presence and trust, will continue to hold a unique place in a world increasingly supported by AI. I want to invite fellow coaches to move past the fear of being replaced and fully step into the power of what makes their coaching truly unique and human.

Of course, we cannot ignore AI. But we must learn to use it in a way that supports us in our practice. We must apply critical thinking about where, how and why we choose to use AI intelligently and purposefully, to create more ease, fun, flow, and joy – not replace the work we’re passionate about.

Join us for this special 1-hour online session designed to help us move from a place of reaction to one of conscious, values-led responses to what’s happening in the AI age.

Together, we’ll explore how to build a future-proof coaching business that puts humanity, connection, partnership and community at its heart – something AI will never be able to replicate.

We will discuss:

  • The Mindset Shift We Need: AI is here to stay, and it will become a bigger part of people’s lives. How can we respond to the changing needs and expectations of our clients with empathy, connection and clarity rather than reacting to them?
  • Centering Our Values, Decentering Our Fears: How can we be pulled by our desire, passion and intuition towards the path that’s right for us, rather than being pushed down a path that’s not right for us by external fears about the future of coaching?
  • Trusting In The Power of Coaching: Why I believe human-centric, transformational coaching is more vital than ever in the AI age, why it will prevail, and how we can root our professional practice in this knowledge.
  • What AI Can Help With: And what can never replace the unique space of trust and presence created within coaching.

This event is designed for established PCC coaches with their own professional practices.

You’ll come away with:

  • Greater clarity and confidence in your unique value and how to fully embrace this in your coaching and professional communications.
  • A renewed sense of the joy of coaching and trust in its unique transformational power.
  • A more balanced view of the shifting coaching landscape in the age of AI, rather than feeling led by fear and misinformation

All attendees will receive a complimentary future-proofing your career resource to help you apply these insights and navigate your next steps.
