my experience and
my approach

I started my career in fast-paced, high-pressure corporate environments. Work felt reactive and competitive, rather than reflective or collaborative. There was a lot of thinking and doing, and not much feeling or relating.

Most leadership I witnessed was rooted in management and control, while dysfunctional team dynamics drained energy, created friction, and stifled innovation. As a leader, I often felt under immense pressure, not knowing how to get the best from myself or my team.

When coaching “happened” to me, it changed my world.

It transformed my relationship with myself, the way I led, and how I saw people. Coaching taught me that every person is naturally resourceful, creative, and whole – including me.

Above all, coaching showed me the power of trust, presence and connection – and how they aren’t soft skills, but essential foundations.

I’ve been coaching leaders and training coaches for 15 years now, and the journey of mastery in coaching and leadership always begins with – and continuously comes back to – these three core principles.

My Philosophy

At the heart of my work is the belief that when people feel safe, seen, and connected, they’re able to grow – to see new possibilities, transform and expand.

Whether I’m supporting a senior leader stepping into a new role or mentoring a coach towards MCC-level mastery, I help people slow down, listen inwardly, relate more truthfully, and lead with empathy.

My holistic coaching philosophy integrates:

  • Trust (gut) – the foundation that allows vulnerability, courage, and openness

  • Presence (head) – the awareness that brings clarity, perspective, and choice

  • Connection (heart) – the relational space where empathy and learning can happen

This is the lens through which I coach, teach and mentor.

My Work

I support executives and professionals from all over the world to realise their full potential – increasing their awareness, presence, and confidence as they step into new leadership roles or navigate personal, interpersonal and organisational challenges.

I also train and mentor coaches at all levels, particularly those on the path from PCC to MCC who are ready to deepen their mastery, trust their intuition, elevate their coaching to the highest standard, and fully embody their unique coaching style. Find out more about my MCC program here.

I’ve worked with clients across more than 40 countries, and can deliver my coaching and training in English, Italian, Spanish, and French.
