A reflective space to deepen your practice, process complexity, and evolve as a masterful coach. Work with an experienced supervisor in a confidential, non-judgmental space to support your continued journey on the path to mastery in coaching.
Coaching supervision offers a space to explore patterns you notice in your coaching, the questions that stay with you after a session ends, the clients who challenge you, and the moments that make you wonder what you might have done differently.
It isn't corrective or prescriptive. It isn't something you seek out because something has gone “wrong”. It's one of the most powerful investments you can make in your development as a coach – and one that becomes even more valuable the more experienced you become.
In supervision, we aren't simply looking back at what happened in a session. We're exploring what came up for you in the work, what the dynamics might be asking you to notice, and what you might be ready to question or unlearn.
Because mastery isn't something you arrive at and then maintain on autopilot. It's a continuous, evolving, deepening practice – and supervision is one of its most powerful vehicles.

The most masterful coaches I know are the ones most hungry for supervision.
Not because they're struggling, but because they understand we all have blind spots which expertise and experience alone won't erase. In fact, the more experienced you become, the more blind spots you often develop!

Confidential space
Supervision offers something that's genuinely difficult to find: a confidential, non-judgmental space that is entirely focused on you and your practice.

Deeper awareness
You’ll grow your awareness of what you bring into the coaching space – your patterns, assumptions, and edges – and how to work with all of it consciously.

Confidence and clarity
You'll find more confidence and clarity when navigating challenging situations, complex client dynamics or ethical questions.

Processing space
Supervision offers space to process the parts of your work that stay with you, so you can return to your coaching resourced and present rather than distracted.

Ongoing development
Over time, supervision supports the ongoing development of who you are as a coach, not just what you do when you're coaching.

Connection to yourself
It's a space to ensure you stay connected with your truth – your values, purpose, and the kind of coach you're continuously becoming.
"Supervision with Camilla gives you an experience of true reciprocity and fluid, expansive partnering. Camilla brings a quiet depth of listening and understanding that gave me the reach within to touch my own inner knowing, while her spacious facilitation gently honors everything brought into the group supervision space."

Executive & Wellbeing Coach
"Camilla created a brave and safe space where a group of strangers quickly felt comfortable enough to show up with curiosity, empathy, and open-mindedness. Camilla never set a firm agenda; she was confident enough to allow the themes, needs and conversations to naturally emerge. She knew how to gently bring us back if we got too far off course, and her ability to be silent and ask the right question at just the right time was masterful. Through this experience with Camilla, I have a greater appreciation for how vital supervision is to a coach’s development and personal journey. Thank you, Camilla, for opening my eyes to an essential part of my work as a coach. I am definitely on a different, mindful path because of you."

For coaches working towards the ICF Advanced Certificate in Team Coaching (ACTC), five hours of coaching supervision are a formal credentialing requirement.
For EMCC-accredited coaches, a minimum of four hours of individual supervision per year is required to maintain your accreditation.
Coaching supervision also counts towards your Continuing Coach Education (CCE) requirements at every ICF credential renewal – up to 10 hours of supervision can be submitted as Core Competency CCE credits during each three-year renewal cycle.
ICF requirements are subject to change – always verify current requirements directly with the ICF at coachingfederation.org

I hold the ESIA accreditation from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), which recognises me as a qualified supervisor committed to developing coaching excellence through reflective practice, ethical guidance, and professional development.
I am also the coordinator of The Humanitarian Coaching Network (HCN) Supervision Program, a network of 150 volunteer coaches who generously offer pro bono coaching support to humanitarian and development staff working in some of the world’s most demanding environments. Many of these individuals would never otherwise have access to coaching, whether because of limited funding or the challenges of frontline conditions.
When you work with me, I bring structured supervision methodology, a deep understanding of the complexity coaches face, and my own ongoing commitment to supervision as a practitioner – because I believe in practising what I preach.
Sessions are delivered individually or as part of a group, online via Zoom, and are available in English, Italian, Spanish, and French.
Individual supervision sessions are shaped entirely around your unique coaching practice, your specific questions and your individual pathway to mastery.
We can meet regularly or for a one-off session, or as often as you need. The rhythm we agree on will depend on your needs and your credentialing requirements – and each session is a space that belongs entirely to you.
Book a free, no-obligation conversation to explore working together.
You can purchase 1 hour or 6 hours of individual coaching supervision below, or book a discovery call to explore what's right for you.
My casual, drop-in group supervision sessions bring together up to 6 coaches for a rich, dynamic, community-driven learning experience. As well as exploring your own coaching, you'll have the opportunity to observe and reflect on the questions and experiences of your peers – often giving you a much richer experience than individual sessions.
Group sessions run regularly – you can view upcoming dates here, which you will be able to book after payment.
Pay-as-you-go per individual session (1.5 hours) or purchase a block of seven sessions (10.5 hours).
Click below to complete your purchase and book your mentor coaching session, or email camilla@camillacesari.com if you require an alternative payment method.
I also run small group coaching supervision journeys with up to 6 participants.
You can either book a set number of sessions with me on behalf of your own group, or I will form a group when there is enough interest. In this case, once a coaching supervision group is created, places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you're interested in joining a coaching supervision group, or if you have your own group already, please register your interest by completing the form at the link below, and I will be in touch shortly.
Let’s have a call and explore the right coaching supervision path for you.
