1:1 Mentor Coaching with Camilla Cesari, MCC – choose from the following options:
- 1-Hour Individual Mentor Coaching Baseline Session
- 3-Hour Individual Mentor Coaching Journey
- 10-Hour Individual Mentor Coaching Journey
These 1.5-hour sessions offer a flexible way to engage in Group Mentor Coaching without committing to a fixed group or a complete journey.
Each session welcomes a maximum of six coaches, creating an intimate learning environment in which everyone can participate in the conversation, share reflections and learn from the coaching practice of others.
Depending on the sessions offered by participants, there will be an opportunity to:
- coach live during the session;
- listen to and explore one complete coaching conversation or a maximum of two excerpts from previously recorded coaching sessions shared by participants;
- participate in a facilitated, competency-based debrief;
- reflect together on specific ICF Core Competencies and the expectations associated with different credential levels.
