I was bored with coaching and honestly looking for other things to do. I didn't know if I would ever rekindle the love I had for something that is truly a gift for me. I thought this program would be more of the same stuff I had already learned about coaching. I'm glad I was wrong. Not only did this course invite me into a new level of awareness, it introduced me to a new level of mastery and the possibility that I was just getting started as a coach and there was so much more to learn. The biggest shift for me was recognizing that the mastering the core competencies was the minimum requirement for being a good MCC. There was so much more to learn beyond MCC and the biggest lesson is to master my way of intentionally being in the world. What a BIG game! It's clear Camilla and Ann care deeply about this program, the tech was great, and so was the course layout and insights.
