The experience turned out to be far more personal and transformational than I expected. Ann and Camilla's role modelling of what MCC is – no judgment, full trust, full partnering – was key in shifting many of my misconceptions. Rather than adding more to my coaching, it feels more like simplifying: trusting presence, silence, and emergence more fully. This was a brilliant program in terms of structure, platform, diversity of inputs, other coaches and great facilitation and role modelling. Thank you for the depth, honesty, challenge, and care throughout this journey.
