Refine your coaching skills and deepen your alignment with the ICF core competencies
Mentor coaching isn't about being told what you're doing wrong or having your coaching critiqued.
It's about working in partnership with someone who can help you see what you might have missed, help you understand how to leverage your unique strengths, and support you to develop your practice with intention, clarity, and confidence in who you are as a coach.
The focus is always on your craft and your presence: the way you listen, ask questions, hold space, and show up in the coaching relationship.
This is practical work, grounded in your real client sessions, and always in service of developing your unique, embodied coaching style (while also being a requirement for your ICF credential).
