The Three Pillars of Mastery

Our signature ICF Level 3 Accredited Program isn’t just another online course – it’s an invitation to discover how fun, freeing, and creative coaching can really be.

Together, we’re going on a journey of profound self-discovery, weaving together your mind, heart and skill to find your unique coaching essence.

You’ll learn how to deeply trust yourself as a coach. You’ll not only be comfortable with the unknown – you’ll feel excited to sit in uncertainty, fully trusting your client and yourself. You’ll master the science and art of coaching.

We’ll teach you to be wonderfully curious, to see people deeply, and to empower them to see the limitless possibilities for themselves.

1. Professional Mastery
Elevating Competence & Value

You’ll refine your coaching craft and unlearn the things that constrain masterful coaching. You’ll move beyond techniques and models to fully embody and integrate coaching skills, developing greater depth and flow in your coaching interactions, and giving greater value to your clients. We’ll reframe the ICF framework not as restrictive rules, but as a foundation that enables and empowers you to express the core competencies with freedom and authenticity.

2. Personal Mastery
True Presence & Partnership

You’ll increase your personal capacity and reach profound depths in your coaching as you develop a true MCC mindset – where you are your most essential coaching tool. You’ll receive supervision, have space for guided introspection, and engage in individual and group activities to deepen your awareness of self, your client, and the dynamics that emerge in the space between.

3. Practising Mastery
Impact, Action & Full Self-Expression

You’ll understand how to transform your coaching from focusing on performance and results, to being about impact, aligned action and the fullest expression of self. You’ll connect with the coach you aspire to become, and step into embodying that person with intentionality and confidence – cultivating a purposeful practice that serves your growth and your clients’ transformation.
