I am a Master Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation.

I have a background in economics, accounting, and tax law, with experience working in Milan for a boutique tax law firm and as a manager of the tax department of a French multinational company. My diverse personal and professional experiences give me many insights into the challenges accompanying life and work transitions. I conduct coaching in four languages and work internationally as both a coach and a mentor coach for individuals and groups.

In 2010, I moved to Australia, where I became fascinated by coaching’s efficacy in provoking and supporting people’s evolution. This is when I decided to start my own coaching practice. After twelve years away from my hometown (while training, working and living life on three different continents and gaining mastery in three additional languages), I moved back to Bologna, Italy where I now live with my husband and three children.

hange can be both exciting and terrifying. I discovered the transformational power of coaching when I was on the verge of big changes. At that moment in my life I was stuck, both personally and professionally unsatisfied. I wanted to take a leap into a new adventure but did not want to go it alone. I hired a coach to help me through the transition. I was captivated, and in 2011, I began training to become a coach myself. When I was stuck, I lacked clarity and direction. I was not accustomed to reflecting on my experience to gain new awareness and learn about myself both as a human being and as a professional. Coaching was an effective dive into exploring how I was functioning and gaining new perspectives. These insights started driving new behaviours, and eventually new results. Now, as a coach, I help people have similar experiences of discovery and progress.

This is my story and I look forward to hearing yours
